Jack and Will from Surfside Web are great. We had to get rid of our first website company because they couldn't do what we asked. Surfside web came in and saved the day. They provide excellent communication and website designs. They go above and beyond and really know what they're doing. They do what they say and do what you ask. I first became aware of Surfside Web in late 2019, when searching for a new host after becoming dissatisfied with my previous host. So far, I have been impressed by their quick response to communications as well as the seamless migration from my old host. Wil Hatfield has been a pleasure to work with and has been very helpful so far. Keeping my business local is very important to me, so I am glad to have found a responsive, professional, and affordable local option in the Grand Strand area. If Surfside Web works as hard for their existing clients as they do for their new ones, I can see myself staying with them for a long time.

I was interested in starting up an ecommerce website for my company, but had no clue where to begin. I wanted to keep my business local, so I sent a request to be contacted by Surfside Web. Mike called me back the very next day, and we set up a meeting within a week to discuss my expectations. Will and Mike were able to ask the exact right questions in order to make my website a reality. I thought my business might be too vast in order to create a comprehensive website within my price range, but turns out I was wrong. Within a few months, they had my website up and running with over 7,000 items available to purchase. The website is easy to use, professional and a huge asset to my business.
