Good experience with this company. They processed my Digital Kit efficiently. It's true the turnaround time wasn't the fastest, but I understand it's a grant and bureaucracy slows everything down, so I don't mind that it wasn't as quick as I would have liked. Highly recommended!
UNACCEPTABLE. After a year with them and Appsur, I had to send them the same documentation several times. They only responded after I insisted repeatedly through every possible channel. Finally, when there was no room for them to react, they told me (not without further insistence) that RED.es was rejecting it because the documentation wasn't correct. We know for sure that it was correct after consulting with real professionals (certainly not them). If you want to waste your time, this is definitely the place to call.
