Very good aircon servicing. Prompt response always. Keep the place clean while carrying out their work. Had been using them for years now, highly recommended.
The worst aircon servicing there is! Do not engage them unless you want to be lied to & be charged a bomb! Very rude also! When you don't agree to their ridiculous up-selling, they get very upset & rude with you & just leave without servicing the aircons! They don't even respect the customer's decision & only wants you to listen to them instead! Worst company ever!
Review: Turns out they did a terrible job. New technician found out that this company did a poor job of servicing the aircon. Blower was full of dust and they never cleaned properly. Switched to new servicing company.
I have used Sub Cool Engineering to maintain my 5 air conditioned units in my home for 6 years! I used them also to install and maintain one more unit during my last year of tenancy and remove it and repair walls at the end of the tenancy. They have always done an impeccable job, always delivering consistent quality, very polite and carefull, keeping things clean, with a fair price for service delivered. If I return to Singapore one day I will ask them again for their services, I would look no further, thanks!
