We’re having a great experience working with StudioHawk. Our Account Manager, Dineth, is awesome. Super friendly, really knows his stuff, and genuinely cares about helping us grow. He’s always up for a friendly chat but then gets straight into action, and his attention to detail is spot on. We really appreciate how honest he is about setting expectations too. Things are starting to really pick up, and we’re excited to see where it goes from here.

Extremely Poor Value and No Meaningful Delivery This was one of the most disappointing agency engagements we’ve had. StudioHawk sold the campaign as urgent and execution-focused, particularly around resolving key onsite issues in the first month. In reality, after paying thousands of dollars, there were no meaningful changes implemented on the website, no content delivered or published, and no measurable improvement in performance or tracking. Most of what was later presented as “deliverables” consisted of documents and spreadsheets surfaced only after we issued termination notice — not proactive work delivered during the month. We also experienced unacceptable issues around incorrect tracking implementation and attempted billing after termination, which raised serious concerns about professionalism and trust. For the cost involved, the lack of tangible output was indefensible. I would not recommend StudioHawk based on our experience.
