The team developed a website for our law firm and we are very satisfied. They were friendly and competent in their approach to the project, and they answered all our questions. We would gladly work with them again. Highly recommended.

I contacted the company – represented by computer scientist Thomas Krahmer – via email, requesting the designation of software for building a peer-to-peer network. The network's objective is to cultivate a group of European small business owners with relevant experience as holders of E-2 investor visas in the USA. This presents an enormous technical and organizational challenge, as the target group needs to be made aware of the pitfalls of doing business in the USA. This group of investors has no industry representatives and no political clout. Small business owners must finance every step themselves. Their failure in the Americas is entirely unnecessary if they fall victim to scams perpetrated by locals and are unable to defend themselves. I cannot hide my disappointment with Thomas Krahmer's lackluster approach. During the consultation, he limited himself to a general exchange of ideas. He asked hardly any questions about the scope of the service or its costs. His attempt to completely dissuade me from my network project, citing estimated costs of €50,000 to €100,000 – a barely comprehensible cost range – was disconcerting. It seemed to me he wanted to shirk responsibility due to the highly political nature of the project – without explicitly stating this motive. However, openness and personal commitment are essential. After all, anyone who isn't convinced of the value of such a campaign cannot contribute to its success. In short: from my perspective, this was a completely failed attempt at contact between a client and a consultant in the highly complex field of IT. The wasted time and effort in communicating a socio-political issue at the European level and seeking professional support for it is frustrating. The disparity between American and German service professions is consistently disconcerting.
