I can’t recommend StubGroup enough. They helped me recover my suspended Google Ads account, and the entire experience was smooth, fast, and extremely professional. From day one, they understood the urgency of the situation. They were quick, very responsive, and clearly knew exactly how to handle my specific case. They had a clear process, communicated it well, and executed efficiently. I tried recovering the account by myself without success. I was stuck on a forever bot response loop. The whole process took just a little over two weeks, which felt very reasonable considering how stressful Google suspensions can be. They kept me updated the entire time and were super responsive whenever I had questions. Huge shoutout to Anna Oss, who was my main point of contact. She was excellent — quick to respond, very clear in her communication, and just overall easy to work with. She made a frustrating situation feel much more manageable. One of our ecommerce stores was dealing with an unacceptable business practices suspension for the last ~ 8 months. We tried several different appeals prior to contacting Stubgroup but we weren't getting anywhere, and google of course doesn't tell you anything. Anna, at Stubgroup, worked with us to get our site compliant with Google policies. She then navigated us through the Google appeal process and after a few more separate appeal attempts, we were finally able to get our account unsuspended. 10/10 would recommend.

StubGroup was able to help me resolve a Google Merchant Center suspension where many others failed. Before contacting StubGroup, I had already worked with about five other “Google Merchant Center suspension experts” who all had great online reviews, yet none of them were able to actually fix the suspension. Once I started working with StubGroup, the first thing that impressed me was the thoroughness of their website audit; they identified many issues that everyone else had missed.
