I had a really great experience working with Michael C., and his team. They really took the time to meet with me and get a feel for what I wanted. What really stood out was the service. They promptly answered my calls, texts, and emails. They allowed me to make revisions. They just exceeded my expectations, which in this day and age is hard to find. Good customer service is a dying art, but happy to say, it is alive and well at Strottner.

I have dealt with Strottner’s Designs ever since I started working at Life Choices Medical Clinic & Care, which is almost 3 years now. I mainly deal with Mr. Patrick Strottner. Every time I reach out to him for an update on our website, he is more than willing to make the changes and the turnaround time is very fast. Sometimes I have to edit my original request more than once and Mr. Strottner always has the patience with me to make those changes. The customer service is exceptional and I would recommend Strottner Designs to anyone or any organization that is looking for website design services.
