We ordered a house construction estimate based on the company's design. We also requested a 6x7 garage cost estimate. Unfortunately, the collaboration left an extremely negative impression. For a month and a half, manager Konstantin simply led us on. Initially, one of the managers (apparently inexperienced at scamming clients) provided a realistic estimate, but was immediately overruled by the head manager, and the back-and-forth began. Prices changed with every contact. When we asked for a detailed estimate, we received some vague summaries. The garage cost was quoted at 5,000,000 rubles. Then he frantically tried to spread this 5 million toward the additional cost of the house. I believe that this type of work with clients of a large company is unacceptable – people are planning serious investments and expect professional treatment, not constantly fluctuating figures. The company's management should pay attention to this! Result: wasted time and huge disappointment. I do not recommend using this company! P.S. In Veliky Novgorod they built houses... the quality is so-so, but they sold apartments with debts to the management company for utility payments. They closed the legal entity and now there are "debts" hanging... shame on such developers

A great company. High-quality, beautiful homes with optimal conditions. I highly recommend them. There's parking, a playground, and easy wheelchair access. The staff is friendly. I personally built the "Molodezhny" residential complex and highly recommend it.
