This is one of the few shops in srilanka that actually care about their customers and make sure everything is working fine. Simply great customer service. From assembling normal and gaming pc s to laptops and all the other essentials, u can get them here with a very reasonable price and good warranty.they even download games for a very cheap price.Overall had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone

Last week I handed over my Hp laptop to this Computer shop due to No power issue. After two days they informed me about Power IC not working and need to send Colombo for repair. Further informed that there will be 6 to 7 thousand cost and in addition I have to pay courier charges where applicable. So the problem is technicians of this so called computer shop is not qualified and they just doing courier service and same has to pay customer. So I informed them to not send colombo and I went same day to shop get back my laptop. As they name strange this so called shop asked me to pay Rs.500.00 rupees as checking charges without doing any repair. it a pathetic situation where poor customer going to this shop and if there such kind of charges they should have inform the customer prior to take over the any item for repair. In my personal view is if it is not done any repair they should not charge single cents and as a service they should provide to customer in free of charges. However following day I went to colombo and hand over my laptop to repair shop at Unity plaza Bambalapitiya and they have showed me that Hinges of my laptop are damaged where I did not noticed at the time of laptop I took-over from Strange computer shop. This was happened unqualified technicians where attempt to disassemble laptop. So my opinion is this is NOT a trustworthy computer shop and strongly frustrated service provided and NOT Recommended for IT repair related works
