Strana Development

My friends were the first to buy apartments from Strana and were very happy. Then I bought a place in their building and moved in. I experienced firsthand how well-designed the infrastructure is and how well-maintained the courtyards are. I recently decided to buy another apartment from this developer (for my children) because I know that quality and comfort truly come first. I contacted the office, and the managers worked quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy, making the process as convenient and quick as possible. As a regular customer, I can confidently recommend Strana Development—the developer keeps its promises and makes housing comfortable for people.

We're cautious buyers; we spent a lot of time looking and comparing before buying. But we liked the overall concept, design, layout, and views of Strana's residential complex—everything made it clear this wasn't just another residential area. The main thing is that the result meets our expectations, and we won't be disappointed.

I purchased an apartment with a resettlement certificate. I had no additional funds, so it was important to keep the cost down to the last penny, including renovations. I came to Union, they showed me everything in person, and gave me a tour. I liked the finishes, they calculated the cost, and I was issued an E2 apartment with general renovations, including the bathroom. We completed the paperwork remotely, so I didn't have to make a second trip.

We successfully closed a deal on a Euro3 bus in a coastal country. The location is excellent—10 minutes to the center, with bus stops nearby. We chose apartments using 3D tours, which was very convenient. We chose one with panoramic windows and a laundry room. As in all Strana projects, this one also has a well-designed courtyard, which is also important to us. The managers helped with the mortgage, thank you.

Очень довольна квартирой в ЖК «Юнион»! У нас квартира в доме Синергия, прекрасная планировка, кухня-гостиная с панорамными окнами, есть балкон. Слышимость между квартирами минимальная, по качеству отделки претензий не было. Собственный бульвар - отличное место для прогулок, застройщик даже обещал открыть каток позже. Территория хорошо охраняется, везде камеры. Уже появились соседи с детьми, дворы становятся оживленными. Планирую весной заняться озеленением на балконе. Из минусов только отсутствие крупных магазинов рядом, но думаю это вопрос времени
