Over the years, I’ve worked with Steady Studio on three website projects, and throughout my career I’ve worked with many designers. There’s a reason I keep coming back to Steady. They are the best. Their approach is thoughtful, organized, collaborative, attentive to client needs and vision, and artful. They go the extra mile. The end product is a result of their care, attention, and commitment. Ryan and Rachael were fantastic throughout the entire process. From the Discovery Meeting onward, they took the time to truly understand us, our story, and our vision for Antara. They listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and translated our ideas into clear, actionable direction. The result is a beautiful logo and website that genuinely reflects who we are. We asked Steady Studio to create a unique design for the label of a custom brew. Our primary objective was to have a design that was reflective of our commercial area and stood out from other similar products. The design project needed to be in keeping with our organization's branding; utilize our brand colours, logo and fonts. Additionally, the design needed to include a rendering of a new symbolic landmark in our area, and celebrate its installation. Ryan and his partner, Rachael, at Steady Studio excelled with their communication throughout the project. From the beginning they asked clear and concise questions to ensure that they understood exactly what our vision for the design was. They provided timely drafts of the design, and were quick to revise and edit it according to our feedback, while working diligently to ensure we were thrilled with the final design. Due to unforeseen circumstances the timeline for the project was compressed, but the Steady team delivered a beautiful polished product on time that not only met, but exceeded expectations! While there is much that is impressive about the Steady Studio team, I would have to say that their dedication to making sure they deliver a product that exceeds their client's expectations would have to be number one. Their customer service is beyond fantastic!
