Good provider. The internet is stable. Outages occurred only during severe thunderstorms, but they were fixed quickly—either the same day or early the next day. The "bonus month" service, when paying for six months (effectively five months), is excellent and convenient. You just use it and don't have to worry about what, when, or how much... until you receive a reminder text message six months later.) Kherson, Ya. Mudryogo.
The worst provider I've ever dealt with. Regular internet issues at night and on weekends when their office is closed, there's no operator on duty, and it's impossible to get through. There are also constant outages, sometimes for seconds, throughout the day. At night, the internet lags, disconnects, and the speed drops. Now, on Saturday afternoon, it's completely disconnected. It's impossible to get through. Sunday is coming up, and Monday is a day off. This is typical for this "provider." They're incredibly rude. They also treat customers rudely: when you call on a weekday to report problems, they deny everything, and they don't attend to your requests.
I've been using this provider at my office for over four years. No complaints, outages are very rare, the internet quality is excellent, and I've called them a couple of times for additional router connections or minor repairs. Overall, I highly recommend them. The negative reviews are apparently from competitors.
Polite administrator. It was a bit unexpected that I had to wait a long time for the connection. Several weeks. But they came on the promised day, connected quickly. And padam!! I finally have normal Internet! Plus IPTV. Everything is convenient now. Everything suits me. And the price for the Internet is very reasonable. And also all sorts of goodies, promotions. Like Bring a friend, Get a bonus on your account... I'm afraid to guess what will happen next. But for now... three weeks - everything is fine.
I applied for connection on July 28th (if I remember correctly), and no one called back, didn't send a message... nothing. The next day, I called the company, and they said they'd check availability and call me back. As you might have guessed, no one ever called. I called myself on August 1st, and they said there was coverage, but I needed to check the technical feasibility of connection at my address and fill out a connection form (who knows where to get one... "make it up yourself," they call). They told me to email my connection information, and they'd send me the form to fill out, and on Monday (August 3rd) they'd call me back about technical feasibility. I sent the information, but rumor has it I'm still waiting for a call back from the company with the form.
