I don't recommend this developer! They built Benoit, but didn't fix the defects after signing the acceptance certificate! There are so many issues throughout the building – poor pipe installation (water leaks), freezing corners in the apartment, poor wiring, drafty windows! I advise against accepting an apartment with these defects, as they won't contact me again!
Hello. I can't comment on the sales office, as I haven't been there. We bought an apartment in Bulgakov II (Zakharova 5). The quality of the finishes and materials doesn't match the developer's "stories"! Cracks have appeared in the walls, and it's unclear how the radiators work, or even if they even work! There's no soundproofing at all, although many were sold on that promise! We don't live there yet; renovations have just begun, but from the residents who have already moved in, we've mostly heard only problems and complaints about the poor quality of the building materials and double-glazed windows! Before buying the advertised "advantages" from the developer, at a considerable cost, think carefully and read the reviews! Everything is relative! We've lived in the Sibprom building for 11 years and haven't had problems like the "elite" Bulgakov!
I interned here and am incredibly happy to have discovered this construction company! The staff are very responsive and knowledgeable. They explain things you might not know well and are always willing to share any interesting details. I've always thought buying an apartment in a building under construction was risky, but this company has completely changed my perspective.
