Why didn’t I do this sooner?! After having the other guys WiFi for 20+ years I switched and I’m so glad I did! Cameron and the other installer (forgot his name) showed up and did a little troubleshooting to figure out how to get great coverage in our whole house. Clean installation and lighting fast speed through the whole house. Plus I don’t have to pay a separate fee for the equipment or buy a new router. *Non-sponsored review* just very happy with how it went!

Never had issues with my internet unless it was obvious like a power outage. They do work with you to get the best deals, if you ask them, it wont happen automatically. They are very friendly over the phone, in person and maintnenace gets the job done, whether converting old DSL lines, adding new RJ45 spots, or simply installing fiber to your home. Was with them for 4 years.

Had to call multiple times because of how often I lost wifi connection during their updates. Even though the router had all lights active, it didn't let my devices connect. Restarting it didn't work either.

I have the 25mb/5mb plan and it Consistently tanks to 160kbs/0mb can happen at all hours, never once have I seen the advertised 25mb download speeds, the most I've gotten is 18mb with 1 device connected.

Second week trying to watch a football game and the streaming is spotty at best. Speed check says it’s running fine yet continual stopping of the service for several minutes on end. Really starting to think of moving to starlink or something more reliable UPDATE;SRT came out, swapped to a newer gen router/modem and solved the issue. Old stuff wasn’t keeping up with demand. Called and within 2 days STT was out.
