We enjoyed our meal here. We were here for happy hour and were able to get two of the same drinks for the price of one. We wanted to try the Singapore sling and this restaurant had one to try and I really enjoyed it. It’s a very sweet juicy drink which was just my style. We also got some appetizers and were satisfied with our experiences.

Came in with zero expectations — never heard of this place and thought it would be your typical meat-and-salad restaurant. But I was pleasantly surprised! The salad was generous, the meat tender and flavorful, and the fries were good quality. Even the broccoli was crispy and fresh, which is always a nice touch. Overall, I left genuinely impressed by both the quality and the portion sizes. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a solid, satisfying meal.

Wow we just called into this place, purely by chance. Our waiter was super efficient and jolly. The food was amazing and large serves. I had the Chili soft shell crab, it was a large serve that I couldn't finish. The taste was beautiful. Recommend SQUE.

I've been to many bars and restaurants, but this place SQUE truly stands out. Most staffs are quick-thinking and incredibly attentive here. My friends and I were really impressed by this young chap Mr Matthew, a young server, who noticed that our beer were mostly half-filled, suggested pairing our spicy clams with a fresh, ice-cold Tiger beer! That sounds so great isn’t it! It was a fantastic combination, and the clever play on words—“spicy clams” with “very cold Tiger”—had us ordering another round. Kudos to the SQUE management for guiding their team so well. This man is an asset in F&B - that deserve credit. 💪💪💪 大家都加油呗!

Okay friends, Sue Rotisserie is a restaurant on the Singapore River, in downtown Singapore, in the newly remodeled waterfront area with music and attractions everywhere,so that should give clue to what you should be expecting to pay for dinner here. And it was completely worth it! Excellent food, service, preparation, and views of the river. This was walking distance from our downtown hotel. We ordered fish and chips, and a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and cooked veggies. Everything was perfect! Service was on time and on point. A couple of things that could have been better, their alcoholic dinks are incredibly expensive. Even at the promotional timing of “buy one, get one free”. We each had an adult beverage and they were $20 each! Additionally, getting cloth napkins is a given in any fine restaurant in the U.S., but not here. Tiny little thin paper “coaster” napkins, when you’re paying more than $100 for two people is a joke. And there indoor seating area appears to be a construction zone currently, But the food was tasty, served timely and hot, and the servers did everything to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I rarely include a copy of the receipt from an establishment, but did so here. Do not tip as they charge a “service”. We enjoyed our meal, you will too. We don’t regret eating here, but there are so many options along the waterfront here, we may try and find a different place next time.
