I first got to know of the company while browsing through Shopee and found their prices for Fanco fans were affordable. Through messaging, the staff even encouraged me to wait for their promotional sales (10.10) as the prices would be more attractive. I was thankful and indeed made my purchases during 10.10, purchasing a total of 5 ceiling fans and 1 corner fan. As I have utilised 2 accounts during the purchase, the staff was kind enough to accommodate our orders. On installation day, we were very surprised that a total of 4 staff came down and all of them were very helpful and patient in guiding us on the angles to adjust for the corner fans and the different functions on the fan remotes. I was even pleased to have been contacted later on to follow up on the installation. Thank you for the service!

I am impressed with this Franco Galaxy ceiling fan. This is my 3rd purchase. Be it the 48" or 56" all provide very strong wind even at speed 2 or 3. We seldom select speed 6. Very nice fan with LED lights. And I am equally impressed with the installation team. I was contacted 3 days after I placed order for next day installation. The installation was done quick and professionally. Excellent work!

They installed my water heater well. Then within months the water heater faulty, they send the tech down. Then after few weeks, it was faulty again but their customer service response was very prompt! The best services and after service. Very understanding and prompt. Quick customer recovery. Kudos!
