I believe Spark is the best overall local SEO and marketing service in Greenville, South Carolina. I run a local small service business and do all of my online SEO myself, because I have had poor results and negative experiences with other marketing companies. I recently researched out all the local SEO Companies to try and find the best in Greenville area. Part of my criteria was to find a company that required (at minimum) the same standards for their own business that I require of mine. One of these standards is a high volume of Google reviews with a higher rating. There really are only a few in Greenville that met that filter. After that was a great customer service experience. I called some to discuss a request I needed help with and only one took time to understand my request. That was Spark Local Marketing. I spent time on the phone with Scott from Spark at no charge, and he dug in to really try and understand what I needed help with. After discussing my needs he agreed to help me, and clearly laid out all the stipulations with a timeline. He delivered on time and in a highly professional fashion with exactly what I needed for my business. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a marketing company in my 8 years in business, and one of the best customer service experiences in general. We definitely weren’t one of Sparks big ticket customers, but I feel like I was treated as though we were. That shows great character and integrity that probably goes farther than anything. I feel like I am no longer in the search for a marketing partner when we decide to take it to the next level.
