We ordered an app from this company, and it turned out to be our worst experience with a contractor in 20 years. They were dishonest and unprofessional. We were saved by a detailed contract and a written record of the agreements, which allows us to seek justice in court. It wasn't even a financial issue, but rather that the contractor failed to complete the work and refused to fulfill their obligations. The employees demanded payment for layout approval, even though there was no single approved layout out of 50 (!), "on my word of honor." This was the first time we've encountered this... We have a forensic analysis confirming that only 76% of the programming work was completed, and only 20% of the submitted materials, as stipulated in the contract, are functional. Yet, this organization demanded 100% payment under the contract. The director was rude and did nothing to resolve the issues his employees couldn't resolve. I'm ready to provide all the materials upon request.
