My laptop battery stopped working properly and I took it to best buy to have it repaired. They quoted me 500 deposit and possibly 1500 for a repair to send off and diagnose and a possible 4 week process for repair.... I was referred to Southern Technologies and they were beyond helpful! Lauren was very friendly and helpful. Elisabeth made the repair in a timely manner and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The cost of my repair was soooo minimal compared to Best Buys outrageous quote. I recommend anyone and everyone go to Southern Technologies for all of your laptop repairs!
