We had a Tesla charger put in our home by Southern Electric and I could not have been more thrilled with their work and service. Not only were they extremely thorough, they cleaned everything up, walked us through the process of possible locations (never considering what was "easier" for them).. just really great experience. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with SESCO throughout the process. Matt - my estimator - did a great job helping me sort out exactly what we needed to do. Kristen - the project coordinator and scheduler - was on top of all the moving pieces (late arriving items, inspections) and took the brunt of managing Dominion And lastly, Rafael and Emmanuel - the install team - did a wonderful job completing the work, cleaning up and making sure everything was nice and neat. If I have any more electrical concerns - I know exactly who I am asking

We hired Southern Electrical Services Company with confidence, based on their licensing, insurance, and company size. We expected professional service, but unfortunately, the project was terminated before completion due to a series of unacceptable issues that led to additional expenses on our end. We initially worked with Enrique during the estimate phase. He was responsive and patient in helping us scope out our full list of work items, and we appreciated that part of the process. However, the execution phase quickly revealed problems. Despite being a licensed contractor, no protective coverings were used throughout the house. Heavy ladders and tools were repeatedly dropped, resulting in three visible dents on newly painted walls. Most notably, a large, irregular drywall cut was made in the ceiling without any coordination or attempt to preserve the integrity of the surrounding space. The cuts they made required a $1,400 drywall repair paid out-of-pocket. Property protection was not prioritized, and despite multiple conversations with project management, Southern Electrical Services confirmed they would not take responsibility for any (for reasonable drywall cuts, we understand and can definitely handle them ourselves. But our property is NOT a big canvas for their electricians to cut random hard-to-fix random holes..) damages incurred during their work. Their position was that all outcomes met their professional standards.

I was in a pickle when I called late in the afternoon after being stood up all day by another vendor. Southern Electric sent a tech out within 45 minutes. He was very courteous and efficient, plus he completed the work in less than an hour. I will definitely be making my first call to them in the future!!

Highly recommend Southern Electric, we have used them for a few years now in our condo community for main panel replacements, when I decided to replace my unit electrical panel, they were the first company I called, Ken came out quickly to assess my panel and provided me with a competitive estimate, the replacement was scheduled quickly. Rafael & Emanuel were great! Arrived right at 8AM, very courteous asking if I was all set for my power to go out and worked really fast, I was anticipating all day to be without power and they were done late afternoon, great guys!
