I’m being pushed to file a lawsuit against this company for the fraud they’ve committed with me. Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. Fraud agency with fake Google reviews. I hired them for a few straightforward updates on my company website, and despite full payment and more than one month of follow-ups, not even 1% of the actual agreed work was delivered. I personally visited their office twice, spending nearly 2 hours explaining all the changes in detail. Both times, the same discussions were repeated, the same points were noted down again, and clear timelines were promised — but absolutely nothing was done. After Diwali, I was told the work would be completed in “7 working days.” Weeks passed with no updates, no communication, and no progress. Instead of showing work, they kept asking me to visit the office again, only to repeat the same discussions. What made the experience worse was being asked to pay extra for a feature I had already discussed with them multiple times, and it was never mentioned even once during those discussions that it carried an additional charge. This was completely unprofessional and misleading. When I finally terminated the contract due to non-delivery, even the refund is being stalled for days with zero communication — despite written confirmations. It’s been 12-13 days since I’ve terminated the contract and asked for a refund, but I’ve never heard back from them even after repeated texts and reminders This entire experience reflects: • Poor professionalism • False promises • Zero respect for timelines • Misrepresentation of deliverables • Lack of transparency • And a complete disregard for the client’s time I had to hire another team because my business launch was getting delayed due to their negligence. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to be extremely cautious, document everything in writing, and not rely on verbal commitments.
