Good communication and good service, like them.

The one star is for the very polite communication I had every time with the employees. All the rest is a waste of money and you don't know why. At first they sent us an honest financial offer in pdf, which said 850 euros but didn't say anything about VAT (when you don't write it, it means it's included, otherwise you have to mention + VAT next to it) So we found out when it was time to pay that it was plus VAT, which all together came out much more. So, something that started out looking like an economical option, ended up paying for air. Hosting services 3 times above the market price and without even having full access to the server. After the site was completed, we were charged 250 for each plugin, payment, elta, etc.. Which after some time we found out that they had never tested them and simply installed them without connecting them successfully (the payment plugin throws the user away when he enters his card details and does not let him pay, many canceled orders were because of this.) The elta courier plugin, after a lot of searching, we found that it does not accept the username because 2 digits are missing and we could not create vouchers). From the beginning, it seemed like a shoddy job, as the site was delivered to us without more than 10 updates having been made. In general, an overpriced job without the basics having been done.
