One of the best computer parts and its related shop. Their service was beautiful and probably not having the tendency to cheat anyone. And they have a huge discount and offer all brand-new genuine products, especially original retail CPUs and other components. Huge love for this shop.
My CPU was overheating so I took my pc to get a better CPU cooler, but the service center employee made me wait about 2 hours and then told me installing a new windows will fix my system, even though I agreed the installed a new windows in another partition they didn't even clean install new windows, while I turn on my PC every time I see dual boot for two windows system I knew my PC wasn't over heating for the windows so I get back and install a liquid CPU cooler now it works fine the stupid service centre employee install two windows in my PC did you even know what's wrong made me wait 2 hours and didn't even fix the problem. I had to use my own brain to fix the problem, they took 200 Taka for nothing and tell me to come again if the problem occurs again. They didn't even give me the windows properly couldn't fix the problem and made me wait 2 and a half hour and then I had to get back and buy a liquid CPU cooler just because I didn't wanted to wait another 2 hour for this simple problem.(oh yeah they even formatted a drive without asking me) stupid service centre employee, when I bought the CPU cooler they acted like they never seen a liquid CPU cooler and started reading the manual and asking me for money again🙄 they took about another hour just to fit the cooler😪, dear smart view don't hire unqualified and inexperienced employee they could damage our expensive gadgets. I really hope for a change in this aspect, but the buying experience is quite good I had to give them that 👍😊
