Update (19.8.2025): There was a misunderstanding. Because there were multiple tickets, they were merged and closed. The support team was still working on my issue in the background and was able to resolve it brilliantly. Thank you for your support! Support responded quickly and wrote that my problem had been resolved. When I tested it, it wasn’t true. Support doesn’t address my questions and simply closes my ticket. A promised refund from support team Prema wasn’t forthcoming either. Very, very sad. The company’s priority is making quick money instead of putting customers first.

It’s a great-value plugin supported by a great team. It is the only Export/Import plugin able to: 1. Create bulk Pods (Pods – Custom Content Types and Fields). 2. Import users and update profile photos on Ultimate Member. 3. Export ideas on IdeaPush. In addition, a skilled and client-oriented support team can develop made-to-measure solutions at a reasonable cost.

My experience with Smackcoders has been disappointing. I hired them to develop a **design tool**, with a key feature that was **explicitly agreed upon and confirmed** during our discussions. However, after months of waiting, they suddenly claimed that this feature was not part of the original scope and demanded additional payment to implement what was already promised. Despite repeated follow-ups and providing proof of our agreements, I was met with **delays, avoidance, and excuses**. Even after **simplifying the request** to make implementation easier, they have failed to deliver or even respond properly. This lack of **accountability and professionalism** raises serious doubts about their reliability as a development partner. If you are looking for a **transparent and trustworthy** team, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Working with Smackcoders has been frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately unproductive. Not recommended.

I'm using An Ultimate Import Export Plugin for WordPress and I love it. The customer support is very helpful. Highly recommend smackcoders.

FRAUD ALERT: Do not buy this. I purchased the $149 import and export tool that never worked. Just hangs on 0% for hours. Emailed support and have had no luck after providing them access to wp-admin three days ago. Last response, which I only get one a day since they’re clearly offshore, asked for my credentials again...I sent this to them days ago! Other shady aspects: The company says they have an office in the US and provide 24/7 support...the number on the website is disconnected and someone only responds to my emails after 1am CST (last response was at 3:27 am). I’ve been trying to get a refund for four days now. Guess I’ll wait until I wake up tomorrow to their next response. BUYER BEWARE!
