Jophiel helped me by doing the bulk of building a Wordpress site with store to sell online as well as manage the site when there were things I couldn't do on my own. He was very responsive and helpful, never annoyed with my questions and always willing to provide extra help when I needed it. When I sent questions, he was responsive, friendly, and very good to work with in all ways. Eventually I had to leave to find a cheaper service (though his prices were very reasonable for hosting and site admin) and even through that he was supportive and helped me leave without me feeling like I couldn't or wouldn't come back. If I need more support in the future, I'll definitely be back.
We contracted with SkyPoint Studios to build our website from the ground up. That was accomplished. Jophiel was great to work with. So far, SkyPoint has also done a good job with managing our SEO. I would recommend them.
