Your new interior projectVery bad experience with Skandshi Interiors, Kadapa. They took ₹25,000 as advance and promised to start work and provide a 3D design. After taking the money, they completely lost interest in doing the work. No proper response, no progress, only excuses. Later they started asking for more money just to show the 3D design, which was never clearly informed at the beginning. When questioned, they kept changing statements and held multiple discussions with different people, but nothing was finalized. Finally, they blamed their own employee saying fake promises were given by him. But the loss is entirely on the client, not their internal staff issues. This looks like a pattern of misleading clients, taking advance money, and delaying or avoiding work. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. ⚠️ I strongly advise people to be very careful before giving any advance to Skandshi Interiors.
Urvi flat -6. Over all Skandhanshi service very good. The management is very cool they provide each and every info. And they main team to satisfy customer requirements and we are very happy and suggest to purchase plot in skandhanshi.... Very trust worthy.
I have recently purchased plot in Silpa Emrald from Skandhanshi projects. already i heard about skandhanshi from Bangalore as well.i visited the office in Kadapa and fully impressed with team. they are very friendly. My special thanks to Mr Murali, Ramesh,Suresh for their outstanding support.the way of document processing and registration is very smooth . I would highly recommend Skandanshi projects for the location and amenities of the project, making it a worthwhile investment.
