Unprofessional and incompetent are the words that best describe this company. I therefore advise anyone against using their hosting service. Since my former website manager apparently used this company as a hosting partner and they ceased operations, I contacted them directly to make some changes to my website. The changes were handled quickly, but not meticulously. For example, spelling errors were made, buttons were not adjusted correctly, and text I had provided was not copied correctly. Of course, mistakes are human, so after a few emails, this was corrected. This company's main failings are customer contact and pushing their own point of view. Because I wasn't informed in advance about the cost of these changes, I emailed about it. My response was defensive: "Just because we're your hosting provider doesn't make us your free web developer." The correspondence became increasingly less professional and less customer-friendly. I've never experienced such an attitude from a service provider before. We never asked for free services; we did expect professional communication. In short: If you're looking for a company that thinks along with you and takes your feedback seriously as a paying customer, I'd quickly look elsewhere. For the reasons mentioned above, I'm switching without waiting for my contract term to expire.

If I could give 10 stars, the guys at Sitiweb would! They made my website even better than I could have imagined. They also possess a great deal of expertise. That's why I chose Sitiweb's hosting. The collaboration was also extremely pleasant. Everything was handled immediately and tailored to my needs. They also came up with fantastic ideas that I hadn't thought of myself, but which were incredibly valuable. I'm incredibly happy with the result and highly recommend Sitiweb!

Not recommended. The quality is fine in itself, as far as I can judge. However, if you ask them to change something in your DNS code—which pretty much every other provider I know does for free—you get an invoice here. That’s fine in itself, 15 for 5 minutes of work. (In response to Sitiweb: I have no knowledge of this; I always read that you can mess things up enough with this.) But if you pay an invoice late... you get a few reminders (not received because my mailbox was full, my own fault), and then you get collection costs of around 40. Not from an actual collection agency (which they waited a bit with, they did their best to reach me anyway), but no, from them directly. To be honest, this has never happened to me before and surprised me greatly. I also find it very customer-unfriendly, hence 1 star. Anyway, they get an extra one for the quality. As soon as I can, I’m going to switch. But oh well, just paid for a year + 40. Too bad... In response to Sitiweb: Yes, I am angry about 40 euros in collection fees. Very customer-unfriendly. Why hadn't I paid? My partner is terminally ill; I had/have other things on my mind. Thanks.

I've been more than satisfied with the services provided by the guys at Sitiweb for a while now. High-quality, fast hosting at a fair price, and honest, helpful advice thrown in for good measure. Not a huge company where you're just a number, but people with their feet on the ground who know what they're talking about and go the extra mile. The result is very satisfied customers. I certainly am.

We were experiencing a lot of problems with our webshop running on Versio. Sitiweb took care of the entire migration to their server and provided a wealth of tips to improve our site. Immediately noticed a huge difference in speed. Great!
