We were looking for a company we could trust to handle the migration and maintenance of our nonprofit’s website, and Sites by Sara quickly caught our attention. From the start, Sara and her team impressed us with their professionalism and responsiveness. They took the time to understand our needs, answered countless questions with patience and clarity, and provided a thorough, well-structured proposal that was easy to understand. Their communication through Google Meets and follow-up emails was always prompt and helpful, making the entire evaluation process smooth and transparent. Sara and her team were absolutely incredible to work with. 10 star review!! Sara was beyond patient and gracious as my team and I struggled through tech issues and the learning curve. She worked with us truly at all hours of the day to ensure our website was working properly, was up to our standards, and she was always willing to make the necessary changes. We are so pleased with our final product! Our website is beautiful, professional, and we’ve received so many compliments. I could not recommend Sites by Sara highly enough. You could not find a more patient, personal, and professional team to work with!

During our search for a design firm, we decided to take a look at Sites by Sara. Her team was incredibly responsive and thorough during their initial discovery. Once they understood our needs, they were lightning quick at getting us a proposal. We ultimately decided to go with a different firm, but I will be going back to Sites by Sara with future projects. They know their stuff and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
