SiteGround’s Plovdiv office provides a great work environment that is both spacious and comfortable. I really like it a lot.
SiteGround started out very well. But it is now a horrible company to do business with. It has reduced customer service to zero. They have made it impossible to reach any kind of assistance, and any attempt to reach them will be met with an infuriatingly circular process of "security codes" that you cannot access, and absolutely zero chat or phone support. Once they have ended your hosting subscription, you cannot access help without renewing it. That means you can't even get an EPP code to transfer your domain away without paying for new subscription. Once you've done that, good luck getting a refund. My advice is to choose ANY other hosting option you can find, even if your site is slower as a result. SiteGround only wants your subscription money, and will offer nothing in the way of help once they have it. This is particularly true if your website is representative of a business. They can cut off your income with zero consequence. Please be forewarned.
Excellent company, their currently going through growing pains but the company truly does care about its customers. If you speak to the right people they really do invest and listen to customers. Great company I hope you guys become #1 speed wise one day (make your own CDN that's lightening fast)!
I have used their services and they are good but I have to admit I was disalpointed by their custimer support. I was forced to switch to different hosting like fastcomet...
4x more expensive plans for existing customer. You have no value, we need new customers! The renewal fee is $479 to you but $95 to the new customer!!!!!!!!
