Timely arrival from Zai, explained the situation & advises the remedy he was going to use. Fumigated the whole unit and needless to say had the most peaceful sleep that following night. So far after 2 months, he promises and always delivers to his word that if there's a problem, he will solve it with no additional cost unless really unavoidable.
