I had a fantastic experience at the Sim Siang Choon Changi store recently. The showroom is absolutely huge and truly a one-stop shop. I managed to get everything I needed for my new house in a single visit, from kitchen sinks and taps to toilet bowls and shower sets. A special shoutout to Steven for his exceptional service. His expertise and product knowledge made the entire selection process so much easier and more pleasant. He knew exactly what would fit my home's layout and budget. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures to head here and look for him. Excellent service and variety!"
I recently visited Sim Siang Choon at Changi South to purchase a water cistern (toilet water tank only) and toilet seat cover. It was a great experience. Roger Lim who served me was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He showed me a few new water tanks after verifying the distance of the mounting holes and the footprint of the cracked water cistern that I had brought along. This was to ensure that the water tank that I was going to buy would be compatible with my toilet bowl. He explained the different options clearly and helped me choose a suitable water cistern and toilet seat cover without any pressure. It was a hassle-free purchase. A big thank you to Roger Lim for the professionalism and willingness to help.
My family was looking for a couple of things and Steven approached us and answered all of our questions clearly, together with his recommendations and he went the extra mile to check on everything for us all the way to checking and arranging for delivery for us before we make our purchase. Really satisfied with his service. Thank you.
When I saw the array of items offered at this gallery, I wanted to check it out to see what they could offer. There were at least 3-4 staff at the counter doing their own stuff, looking at their phones. Nobody bothered to attend to us. We reached out to one of them walking past to ask a question, he answered and then walked away. With so many products, it would be helpful for the staff to offer some assistance. If customers did not need any, they could then inform the staff as such. Even when I went to the IMM outlet, the staff are gathered at the counter chatting away. At this point I’m wondering what they’re employed for 😅 no matter how attractive their array of products are (which is just soso tbh), the quality of the CS throws me off completely.
Had a very bad experience engaging this company for searching of the toilet bowl model that I am looking for. And I even attached photos to show them what I am looking for and instead they assist and helped me with it by maybe can share the similar models if there isn’t the same model as what I showed them… but no! Instead the replied I got was kinda shocking. What a terrible sales person incharge for providing such lousy response to customers. If I need to view the toilet bowl myself in warehouse I won’t even reach out to u in the first place. I can google search any nearby company that sells toilet bowl. It’s a common sense thing. Latest edited: to reply your comment on what I mentioned, you mentioned various design of toilet bowls and may not have the design I wanted. So may I ask what is the point of having WhatsApp that link to the sales team? So I couldn’t check with the sales team first and see if your shop does carry the similar design I am looking for BEFORE dropping by the store to prevent a wasted trip down? Like you mentioned may not have the design I wanted. So what’s the point of going down when your SALES TEAM can liaise with customer on WhatsApp to show them the similar design first and if it’s the one I want I will drop by to see the actual product isn’t it better? May I suggest to your company, if this is how the company do business, maybe it’s time to restructure the sales team.
