Got my aircon serviced by Silverback recently. The silverback team came over and they were faster than I expected. Communication was super clear, no upselling, no hidden costs. I was watching them work and they were efficient, tidy, and they wrapped up everything without me needing to oversee. Smooth experience from start to end. Highly Recommended.
Good n professional service by Team 8. Very satisfied with their work.
Had regular servicing done by Muru & Venga. Both of them esp Muru were so pleasant and helpful. Service with a smile indeed. At one point, I sat on the floor to make sure I don't get in their way. He laughed and asked me very nicely "Uncle, why u sit on the floor? Please sit on the chair" And very professional and tidy. They made sure to leave the house clean. Also took the trouble to educate me that the fan speed should not be continuously at 2 but should be minimum 3.
Excellent Service. Very fast response and turnaround. Their repair & parts replacement costs are reasonable and affordable. Their Technicians Muru & Vasu are very skillful, helpful, cooperative and friendly.
Excellent installation job by Molla Masum, Team 1, and his co-worker John. I am truly impressed by their enthusiasm and professionalism. They replaced my air-conditioning system methodically and skillfully. Molla Masum needed to weld the piping joints because I was reusing my existing R410 piping for a new R32 air-conditioning unit. I was concerned about compatibility issues, but Molla Masum confidently assured me that he could handle it. His customer-focused attitude was very impressive. After the installation, he also checked my other air-conditioning units as well as gas level and recommended a chemical wash service. The cleaning process was thorough, and the units looked almost brand new afterward. He even insisted that we feel the fresh, cool air ourselves, saying that customer satisfaction is part of his job satisfaction. The pricing was reasonable, and they only recommended essential services without any hard selling. I highly recommend Silverback Aircon. However, I would also like to provide feedback regarding another technician from the company. I cannot comment on his technical ability because I rejected his service at my doorstep and requested a replacement team. This technician was from Team 8. I believe his name is Nyi Nyi, although Silverback Aircon may wish to verify this against my appointment records if I have the name wrong. For fairness, I would like to mention that his teammate had no issues at all. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m., but he arrived at 10:00 a.m. while I was showering. I rushed to answer the door and asked him to wait a little while before returning to the bathroom. Even then, I noticed that he already appeared unhappy. A few minutes later, after I had dressed properly and opened the door again, he immediately said, "I am very busy, you know. I have many jobs to do. You are just one job!" His tone, facial expression, and attitude came across as arrogant and disrespectful. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service. What made the comment even more puzzling was that Molla Masum and John later spent about four hours carrying out a thorough and professional installation. Given the amount of work required for a proper installation, I found it difficult to understand how someone could claim to be rushing through multiple jobs on the same day while still maintaining quality standards. I felt this was not a good start. If communication was already difficult at the beginning, I had little confidence that the service experience would improve. Despite having already made full payment because I trusted Silverback Aircon, I decided to reject this technician and requested that he leave. Looking back, I believe it was the right decision. In my view, even if a technician is technically capable, making customers feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome is still a failure in customer service. Professionalism is not only about completing the job well but also about treating customers with respect. The office coordinator was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional. She immediately arranged a replacement team, and fortunately I was assigned Molla Masum and John. Thanks to them, I ended up having one of the best air-conditioning service experiences I have ever had. Thank you, Molla Masum, John, and the Silverback Aircon office team for your excellent service.
