Dear Sidmach Team, It is deeply disturbing and disheartening that a company with over 30 years of providing “life-transforming technology” would handle my complaint and refund request in such a dismissive manner. I purchased your service with the expectation of reliability, but it failed me at a critical moment. As a result, I missed an opportunity I can never get back. All I asked for was a refund of ₦3,400 — a reasonable request given the circumstances. Instead, after more than five days, I was issued a PIN I no longer need. This experience reflects negligence and poor customer service, which I hope does not represent your company’s standard. I respectfully request that my refund be processed without further delay. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Dear SIDMACH Team, It is evident that the NYSC online portal is powered by your company, and it is disheartening to state that the user experience has consistently been abysmal. During mobilization periods, the platform becomes virtually inaccessible, grinding to a standstill and creating immense frustration for thousands of users. This recurring issue has persisted for far too long, with the explanation often being that the site cannot handle the surge in traffic during these periods. Such a justification is unacceptable, especially for a platform managing a federal program of this scale. It raises serious questions: is this due to inadequate funding from the Federal Government to equip your team with the necessary infrastructure, or is this a matter of poor prioritization and execution on your part? The fact that the NYSC portal, a critical gateway for countless Nigerians, performs so poorly is a national embarrassment. Comparatively, private platforms like Facebook, with billions of users, maintain seamless operations under much higher traffic volumes. This suggests that the core issue lies in the system's capacity and optimization, both of which require immediate attention. I urge you to make a formal proposal to the Federal Government or NYSC to allocate sufficient resources to address these glaring shortcomings. The current state of the portal is unacceptable and compounds the already significant challenges faced by Nigerians. Simple processes like registering for a program should not be this arduous. This is a matter of national importance, and there is no excuse for subpar performance at this level. Please prioritize and resolve these issues as a matter of urgency.
