Very bad service. The aircond installation technician came late and finished the work around 10:30 PM. Service charge was very high, but the workmanship was poor. After installation, the place was left very dusty and no proper cleaning was done. We had to do extra cleaning ourselves. Not professional and not recommended.

BOUGHT 1 UNIT AIRCOND ON SATURDAY AND ARRANGED FOR INSTALLATION ON THURSDAY 10PM. ON THURSDAY THE SHOP FAILED TO DELIVER ON TIME & DIDN’T UPDATE CUSTOMER ON TIMELY MANNER. HAD TO CHASE MANY TIMES AND ONCE GET AHOLD THEY TOLD ME THE BRAND HAD COMPRESSOR ISSUE. AGREED TO CHANGE THE BRAND AND ALL, SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY AGAIN ON FRIDAY AT 1PM AND AGAIN THEY FAILED TO DELIVER!!! NO UPDATE NO NOTHING I HAD TO CALL & TEXT UNTIL THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME THEY’LL DELIVER AFTER FRIDAY PRAYERS. YEAH YOU’RE RIGHT STILL NO UPDATE UNTIL FREAKING 5PM AND NOW NO INSTALLATION CAN BE DONE AFTER 5PM DUE TO CONDO REGULATIONS. MIND YOU THEY HAVE 4 DAYS TO CHECK ANY ISSUE AND ARRANGE THE DELIVERY TO THE SHOP SO PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS SHOP OR ELSE YOU WANNA GET A HEADACHE PLEASE DO SO
