I hired them for my e-commerce store, he delivered the job and was very helpful at the beginning. Afterwards, the modification that he has done kept disappearing from my web page. I was not able to use it. I have contacted him many times to ask for a permanent solution, but he blamed another app that I have been using to design my store and told me he had to integrate it into that app and asked me to pay more. I said if he could fix it permanently, I could pay it, but then he said he could not guarantee that would not happen and every time it disappears, I had to pay extra. I have been using the same app when I ordered this job, I designed the whole store with this app, if he had said this would be an issue, I would never ask for this job. In the end, I paid for something I could never use and had to pay more and more to use it. When I said that was not reasonable, he blocked me. I don’t think this is a proper job ethic and I would not recommend them.

Not that great at testing their "upgrades" . Very quick to go ahead and load "upgrades and changes" live onto the website without proper testing, which caused loss in sales as the upgrades didn't work with current website flow. Communication is very difficult, especially when they say the new "upgrade" is working yet I was unable to get it to work properly, despite repeatedly asking them to review and explain the changes they made. Eventually I had to prevent them from accessing my site until all reviews were done as I could not trust them to thoroughly test changes before going "live". At this point they simply refused to communicate any longer.

I cant tell you how many times Sam and his team have saved me in a pinch. If you need a reliable team who works hard - this is your company to hire!

They met all my needs in a short time. I am completely satisfied with the results. Remarkably a quality company, highly recommended.

Then DECLINE my application so I can join another company! I'll personally be better off until you do.
