Food 9/10: high quality, good taste, a lot of options. Highly recommend the 毛氏红烧肉. The food is not super salty or spicy but very flavourful. Service and atmosphere 8/10: the waiting time for the food is slightly slower during peak times(7pm), but it's because there's many customers. The price of the food is also quite reasonable, much cheaper than many of the chain Chinese restaurants out there.

Shu Liu Xiang serves bold, authentic Sichuan dishes with strong 麻辣 (numbing spicy) flavours that many people find very satisfying. The ingredients are generally fresh and well-cooked, but the food can be quite oily and intense. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you enjoy heavy, spicy Chinese food, but not ideal if you prefer lighter meals or a nicer ambience.

Was intrigue at this place when we walked by. The lunch menu for one person looks very attractive. However wife and I decided to go with the Xuan cai Yu. You can customize the taste, so it's not too spicy and less salt. We also ordered the lamb skewer, taste is good. I wouldn't say the best we have had. Overall the price is reasonable, taste is also great. The service though a bit slow because there were many customers but the place seems to be understaff given how busy it can get. The lunch deal is probably what attracts most people here.

Overall taste is okay, not too salty not too spicy suitable to dine in here with family. Portion is huge and value for money. Ordered 6-7 dishes total around $120. You can use cdc vouchers here too and I also noticed that the 9% gst is absorbed.
