The design agency over at Shore360 are a great team to work with. We've been working with them for various marketing collaterals since 2023 and they've been great. I run a small finance business and a few months ago, an acquaintance - one John Collin Sainsbury who informed he's now part owner of the business introduced me to the services of this mob. I needed a website done and had lined up someone local in Sydney but he highly recommended these guys and insisted on this service due to the relationship there. My Service was partly prepaid and the one page website took 6 months plus... to complete. By June, the team had everything they needed to complete the site but took 4 more months to deliver a functional site. At one point, one of the managers there - a man called Ben Athey went away on a month long holiday to Europe and so everything had to stall awaiting his return (for the team to make some of the many corrections needed despite no change to the the original brief). At another point, one of the team was sick so nothing could be done for a few weeks until he got well (I had been informed there was a development team taking care of this). There was some occassional response to my enquiries , some responses took a few days to a week- what I then assumed was a cultural thing. Felt like a deliberate go slow for reasons unbeknownst to me.! Overall a sour experience, talking to a wall most of the time with numerous mistakes that needed continous correction- repeating myself over and over again,inflating time spent on the project and subsequent additional costs to me. I understand this is an overseas operation and website building might not be a core business but this was an initial concern and my expectation should have been managed. Definitely one of my more bizarre and frustrating service experiences as a small business owner..!
