There are benches in the area next to the underground parking lot on the northeast side, but it has become a smoking area where unscrupulous people sit in the flower beds, smoke cigarette leaves, and litter in broad daylight, which is very inconvenient. I would like the building to take measures such as putting large signs saying no smoking on the flower beds and the benches around them. Security should also be strengthened. Although it is supposed to be a place of relaxation, it has become a very unpleasant and a nuisance to the local community. It is so smoky and unsafe that I can't pass through. At lunchtime, men who smoke go back to the Kotobuki Park Building across the street (the building opposite where Kuroneko Yamato is located), and it seems that there are many cases where people (employees) from that building hang out there using it as a smoking area.

I was walking around Shibuya, and I just happened upon this place without any particular purpose. Shibuya Solasta. To be honest, I went in thinking, "It's just an office building, right?" But once I went inside, it was surprisingly nice. The building is new and clean. It's not cluttered, and it doesn't have the crowded feel that Shibuya often has. It's nice that it's stress-free to walk around. There are cafes and restaurants on the lower floors, which is perfect for when you feel like "I think I'll take a break" or "I think I'll have a drink." It doesn't have the feel of a tourist spot, but that makes it more peaceful. When you go outside, the view is a little blurred, and even though you're in the middle of Shibuya, it feels a little more subdued. It's an excellent place to escape to when you get tired of the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. It's not the type of place you "come here for," but rather the type of place you "stop by while walking." It's not flashy. But it would be a shame not to have it. Shibuya Solasta is a place you can drop in to unwind a bit. If you want to spend time in Shibuya without getting too excited, it's a good place to remember.

A high-rise office building 🏢. Completed in March 2019. It was used as a filming location for the TBS drama 📺 "Hanzawa Naoki's Password Under Attack" (aired January 3, 2020 / starring Ryo Yoshizawa, Mio Imada, and others). The building, including the east plaza (and probably the interior of the building as well?), appeared in the drama as the office where the protagonist works. ...I remember it well because I often passed by the building on the Hachiko bus 🚌 during the "construction period to the building's opening," and the drama's broadcast period coincided with that.

It's not a mixed-use commercial complex, just an office building. There's nothing worth seeing.
