Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel

Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy & well-maintained, making all the tiredness from a long work day simply go away. Most importantly, the staffs were professional, attentive & provided warm hospitality with thoughtful service throughout the stay. Truly a great place to stay & would definitely come back again.

Very modern. I had this hotel only for one night but compared to the other hotel it felt modern. It feels expensive. This is the only hotel I have ever gone to that had so many outlets everywhere. It was extremely surprising and most places seem to not understand that we are in an electronic age and need outlets. Most places might have 5 paired outlets at most and you need to struggle to use them and most are being used by lamps and things. This one probably has at least 8 paired that were all available and you didn't need to find them. Only gripe is that for the price breakfast should always be included.

A large hotel, two towers, east and west, connected either on the first floor through the lobby, or through the fifth floor where the gym and spa is located. Fast check-in although not the warmest one. Quiet and large rooms. A decent gym but relatively small and thus gets crowded. A decent breakfast but I remember better ones ten years ago. Good location in Hsinchu.

Great buffet breakfast with many different choices. Very nice atmosphere for hotel. Great amenities. Gym is clean and not too busy generally. Lounge is great with good happy hour.

The room was good but there are some uncomfy experiences. First, Mobile key was not working well. I used a mobile key to enter the room and elevator. Especially elevator just the worst. I put my mobile key over 20 times and it did not work and feedback was that the sensor is not that sensitive so use the key card. That just makes no sense. Why did they make mobile card then? And second, breakfast lacks of protein. Only eggs eggs eggs. there were no meat except dry chewy bacon. need some progress
