Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel

This hotel is conveniently located near Incheon Airport, with plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, and I especially loved having a water purifier right in the room—it was a huge plus. There's a GS25 convenience store inside the hotel, which was very handy for 24-hour access. Plus, being right next to Songdo Central Park made it perfect for a relaxing stroll.

My recent stay was made unforgettable thanks to Jason Lee. After driving more than five hours, I arrived earlier than the official 3:00 PM check-in time and did not expect to access my room so soon. From the very first moment, Jason greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. He carefully reviewed my reservation through the Marriott Bonvoy app and made the entire check-in process seamless and comfortable. What truly stood out was how respected and valued he made me feel as a guest. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and gracious hospitality represent the very best of five-star, five-diamond service. Because of this experience, I will gladly recommend this hotel and will absolutely return on my next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel and truly felt valued as a Marriott Bonvoy member. After arriving on a red-eye flight, I requested the possibility of an early check-in at 11 am so I could freshen up before a 12 pm meeting, and the hotel kindly accommodated this request. It made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated. The staff were warm, professional, and friendly, with an excellent command of English, which made the experience very smooth. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient—right beside the convention centre—and even if you’re not planning to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, there’s a Starbucks directly below for a quick and easy option. My room had a lovely view overlooking the park, and the in-room water dispenser was a thoughtful and convenient touch that added to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms aren't as nice as the Oakwood next door, but the breakfast is outstanding and beats the Oakwood's hands down. Very nice fitness area too. The pool and spa area were closed for refurbishment, but it didn't spoil my experience. The usual excellent service from Korean hotel staff was evident here as expected, polite, courteous and professional as ever. Nice club lounge with complementary food and drinks in the evening. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.

We returned to the Sheraton Grand Incheon to celebrate my father’s 60th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The hotel’s newly renovated and modern lobby immediately impressed us, and Manager Donghee Park warmly recognized us from afar and kindly arranged for a smooth check-in at the Club Lounge. At the lounge, we were greeted by Manager Heekyung Ko with her bright smile, and Managers Amy, Jina, Scarlett, and Krystal all welcomed us warmly. I would like to extend special thanks to Manager Olivia, who handled our check-in with genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail from the guest’s perspective. Despite the busy circumstances, Team Leader Sangmin Kim went above and beyond to ensure our family’s comfort. He arranged a room upgrade and a dinner at Feast Restaurant, showing remarkable dedication even during his own vacation period. His thoughtful care left a lasting impression on our family. When we entered our room, we were deeply touched by the welcome wine, a special tea set for my father, and a handwritten letter from the General Manager and Asia Head. These gestures made our stay even more memorable and heartfelt. Throughout our visit, every staff member we encountered displayed sincere kindness and true professionalism. Sheraton Grand Incheon has once again proven to be the most comfortable and welcoming hotel for our family, and we are already looking forward to returning twice more in the coming month.
