Contacted Shepherds yesterday for low water pressure issues. Jeff was here on time and fixed everything promptly. Kind, efficient, and affordable service. Would recommend. Updating because I’ve used their service again for a used Dishwasher install. Ryan was also great, installed and removed old washer fast.

Tucker was a real pro and personable. We called him for a relatively small job: installing a new faucet and fixing a leak on our outdoor faucet. He researched the name of the manufacturer to see if he could get them to replace it rather than install the new one, which we were able to return. The outside leak was fixed in a few minutes. He gave us some ideas for future projects in our back yard. He was thoughtful, fair, and I felt I could instantly trust him.

Shepherd Plumbing is amazing. Every experience i have had whether a scheduled installation or emergency repair has been perfect. Very reasonable cost. Plumbers that know thier business. I won't go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with Shepherd Plumbing. I called late one evening and they were able to schedule me first thing the next day. Lamar and Leo were outstanding! Lamar was extremely knowledgeable, explained what was going on, answered all my questions, and quickly found and resolved the issue. Leo was very respectful, jumped in where needed, and provided assistance the entire time. They worked well together and made the whole experience a great one. I highly recommend.

These guys are real ones. Josh and his team are knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and fairly priced. I had an emergency sewer line problem due to a failed check valve, Shepherd came in quick and figured out how to handle the situation, got the necessary materials, and completed our repair (including excavation) professionally and expediently. Life savers! Can’t recommend enough!
