Sharpminds is really the most comfortable company I've ever worked for. I started here as a coordinator, now I'm an account manager, so I can say more about the management side. The work model is outstaffed, and this is a plus for those who want full immersion in the customer's team, work trips, growth and an English-speaking environment. You work directly with the client, become part of their team and at the same time have stable and understandable conditions. No one is rushing you, there are no transfers from project to project, but at the same time there is support and normal processes. Here you can speak and be heard. They don't impose on you that your colleagues are your "family". On the contrary, it is here that it is easy to keep a balance, form your own pace, have a cool environment and a life outside the laptop. And our parties and office Fridays are a special love🤍
