Nine years have passed since the delivery in October 2015. I realized I hadn't written a review, so I'm writing it belatedly. You spent so much time with us during our meetings, agonizing over things together, and making numerous revisions, which helped us build a home that we really love. President Kakizawa and the other people at Sh-Space were very honest and pleasant, and I remember looking forward to each meeting and feeling excited. President Kakizawa's mother also came to SH-Space from time to time and offered us coffee, and she was such a nice person that I knew I could trust her child. We've had some issues over the nine years we've lived here, like our child putting a hole in the wall while playing ball inside, pulling on the closet door and breaking it, peeling and stained wallpaper due to aging, the dishwasher breaking last month and having to be repaired by the manufacturer, and the front door getting stuck due to a lightning strike, but the house itself is very solid, so we haven't had any major problems so far. We paid great attention to every detail, so there are so many things I love about the house, and even after 9 years, I still really love it. In particular, we have so many fond memories of playing pool, playing ball, having barbecues, and eating flowing somen noodles on the rooftop, which has really added color to our lives. The company president is a very kind person, and we've always relied on him for repairs and custom shelving for our parents' house, which was built with another home builder. Although we love our home so much, we will have to move in 2025 due to work commitments, and are reluctantly considering selling it. However, when we spoke to Mr. Kakizawa, he was happy to take on the challenge, which puts us at ease. We look forward to working with you in the future.

It's been three years since we built our dream home with this builder, inspired by lots of inspiration. We're living comfortably and without any inconveniences. And the staff are so cheerful and welcoming, it's great that our kids can just drop by the builder's office without feeling nervous. We used SH's services for our apartment renovation. I was particularly impressed by the neat and beautiful state of affairs during construction. Even though many people are involved in building a house, there were no troubles or lingering doubts in communication from the initial meetings to the handover (we clarified any concerns as they arose).
