A truly negative experience. Lots of promises, but in the end, the management software delivered didn't work as expected, and every small change became an extra cost. Communication was slow, support was almost nonexistent, and the delivery times were much longer than expected. I expected professionalism and reliability, but instead, I was left with disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
