Our furnace finally reached the end of it’s life on the coldest weekend of the winter. From diagnostics to sales, to installation, the entire crew did an amazing job. Everyone was easy to work with and explained everything very well. Trevor from the Install team even noticed some improvements that they could make to the return air to help the system run more efficiently than before that they did while waiting for parts to be delivered. They did a beautiful job from the beginning to the end. They were very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything to me what they had to do and they took me through the steps as well. John Wiley and Dion Reed were here doing various repairs, from fixing water trickles, unclogging pipes, refitting pipe joints, replacing the water tank and more, and they were absolutely the best workers I have ever had. They were friendly, prepared, skilled, neat and kept me informed all along the way. They had to climb under my house on very hot days, climb deep into an outdoor pump well, and work on and under an old house full of quirks. They did all of it with good humor, kindness, patience and knowledge. Also, they found that another installer had put in pipes improperly under my house and corrected the problem. All water systems are now fully functional, and I insisted on John coming back when I had an additional problem. John also discovered a toilet valve leak problem I didn't even know was there and quickly fixed it. They both deserve your fullest kudos and rewards, and I will, because of them, recommend Service Today to others with plumbing needs.

Fantastic. Will be working with them again in the future. Our AC died TODAY and I called a little after 8pm. The technician, Eric, was at our house by 11pm TODAY. Only $50 for him to come out (which is great considering we needed someone after hours) plus repairs cost once diagnosed. He had the part in his truck so he fixed it TODAY. Eric was super competent. He showed us exactly what needed to be replaced and gave us a report with pictures of what was wrong and how he fixed it to keep for our records. My house is cooling as I write this. We had a great experience with Service Today from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Jacob took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the work being done. Both technicians on the call were very pleasant and helpful. We ended up signing up for a service agreement, in addition to the work that needed to be done to get our system back up and running. The quality of the service was excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Everything was completed efficiently and left clean and tidy afterward. It’s not always easy to find reliable, honest service these days, but this company definitely delivered.
