Service Today Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

Andrew came today after I submitted a request last night. He was very thorough and showed me any issues or concerns he found during the checkup. My heatpump ended up needing a serious cleaning, which you couldn't tell looking at it. Needlessly to say, it ended up being more than a routine checkup but also realized we needed to sign up for their annual service plan.

Jake called before hand and was able to come early so that worked out great. Jake was very knowledgeable and is very good at explaining every step of the repair. He was patient and pleasant and worked very clean. He completed all the work on 2 separate toilets. I will definitely be calling him again for future repairs. We also discussed several future upgrades which I hope to get completed in the future. Thank you Jake and thank you Service Today.

I had an excellent experience with Service Today, thanks to my HVAC technician, Brian Littlejohn. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout my tune-up and service agreement appointment. Brian took the time to explain everything step by step, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood how my HVAC system works, as well as the importance of proper maintenance and routine service. The service experience was great. ETA provided with 1 hour notice. on time arrival, professionalism, kept me updated on possible issues and resolution. Overall great experience and resolved quickly. More educationed on how the system works. However, the information provided by the call center was not accurate - was told the the appointment window was open and techs didn't have schedule window. but would call 30 min. prior. I was also told the there would be a 49.00 trip and diagnostic change - Well that was not accurate - it would seem. the diagnostic cost was much more than that. I think the call center schedules could have provided more accurate information on Scheduling time frames and truck role cost ( not including repairs of course )

Timely emergency service. No water due to well pump stop working. Chris our service technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem than repaired the well pump the next day.
