It's 82 degrees in my house right now, I had an appointment between 12-5pm and nobody showed up. I called twice and still no call back. I have a child with serious heart problems who had two open heart surgeries , an autistic child and a baby. I made two appointments with them over a month ago. I made one for my dad for between 9-12 and mine for 12-5. They showed up at my dad's house but nobody has showed up to mine. Not one phone call and I've been here all day waiting . I have cameras that cover the whole house and nobody showed up. I just bought my house and wanted a tuneup to make sure everything was in working order before I turned my air conditioning on because I spent every penny on buying this house for my children and wasn't sure how exactly to fit my air filter. We are one income family due to my son having level 3 autism and nobody can handle him. I turned it on and noticed a small amount of water so I wanted to be sure everything was fine so I didn't mess anything else up which was another reason I scheduled the appointment. The lady on the phone told me to schedule the tuneup and ask the guy any questions and etc. I'm beyond upset and frustrated I sat here all day waiting for nothing. I'm afraid to turn my air conditioner on because I'm not sure if I have the filter in right. The original model had a opening but this one doesn't, it's like closed up and it's hard to fit it. It's supposed to be extremely hot all week and I have no idea what to do because this company hasn't called back. My dad who just bought a whole new system for 15k recommended service today and we both aren't satisfied! *added. Your teamed reached out and didn't say anything besides they could come back out and just said sorry for missing the appointment. You wasted an entire day of ours. We called over and over and nobody even called us back until the day after. My husband took off of work so somebody was there to watch our children because I have a level 3 autistic child. They didn't say they'd come do the tune up for free or offer a discount for wasting our time and making my husband miss work. We scheduled the appointment a month prior so it wasn't even a last minute appointment. Just like if we wasted the company's time we'd have to pay a service fee but it felt like our time wasn't important.

Kevin was the height of customer service. Called before he came let me know when he will arrive, was respectful of my home and self. He was thorough, explained what he was doing at my level of understanding. Definitely got my monies worth of time, detailed inspection and minimum of up sale. Miguel was extremely professional and friendly, I greeted him at the door and Miguel introduced himself and went over the work he was going to perform today. I showed him where the units were and he took it from there. I checked on him a couple of times and he was hard at work and I found him to be very meticulous while I was watching him as he went about his work.
