PROMPT & HELPFUL I had issues with my client’s domain renewal & ownership transfer which I at first thought it will be almost impossible to do since I lost the access to it. But my query was attended by Ms Puteri Nurhaziqah & later handled by Ms Liyana Rashid who excellently taking time to understanding my situation & solved it within 2 days with prompt response I deeply thankful to both Billing Exec especially Ms Liyana for their 5 star service. Very bad service company. Due to their recent bad service/ no service, we change server to new vendor. Email services related to the hosting that we have not cancelled been sudden suspended by Serverfreak. The reason given was our space full. We lost crucial information, not able to back up any key files or data before terminating their hosting account, and not able to migrate, even we paid till next year! When we requested them to resume the working, they asked us to upgrade the package, even we informed them we wish to withdraw soon. Very rude and no negotiation at all, what a bad luck if engaged them but you are not able to get it of them!
