Creative, trustworthy, top-class company!

The collaboration was very disappointing. From the very beginning, I expected a professional approach and clear communication, but unfortunately, I encountered the complete opposite. For a long time, advertising campaigns were run at around 2,000–3,000 PLN per month, which was acceptable to me. To my surprise, at one point, without my knowledge or consent, the budget was increased to 9,697.81 PLN. I only learned about this after the funds had been spent. Of this nearly 10,000 PLN, the campaign generated sales of 14,261.99 PLN, which, after deducting the costs of products, commissions, and the service itself, translates to zero or even negative financial results. The level of service was also very poor—there was a lack of contact, reporting, or analysis of results, and responses to inquiries were terse and general. It was clear that no one was actually monitoring the campaigns or analyzing their effectiveness. I felt like everything was automated, without any strategy or oversight. My comments and requests for clarification yielded no concrete results. In short, it was a waste of money and time. I don't recommend it, especially to companies that expect transparent collaboration, budget control, and real commitment to campaign results.
