Mr. Grzegorz Jadczak is great professional who helped us establish our goals and helped us grow. Totally Reccomend
Awesome.
The company is passionate about deleting reviews from GoWork, so I'm posting them here: Unfortunately, what the company states in the job ad and on its website doesn't translate into reality. A few facts: In the ad, they wrote, "We strive to complete the recruitment process in a maximum of 3 weeks." - today marks the 9th week!! Since submitting the recruitment task (stage 1, survey), and there's been no response, neither positive nor negative. The interview with the department leader itself was positive and relaxed. Salary according to the offer: Employment contract: PLN 5,200 - PLN 6,400 (gross), and B2B contract: PLN 6,280 - PLN 7,680 (net), meaning that with the UOP (Polish Employment Office), the base salary is PLN 3,875 - PLN 4,692, the rest is a bonus you have to earn. Interestingly, the company writes on its March 2025 blog in the article "Who is a Customer Success Manager and how much do they earn?": "A beginner Customer Success Specialist in a junior position will earn less – an average of PLN 6,500 net, with this rate usually increasing quite quickly, along with commissions for managing subsequent clients." The recruitment was for a Customer Success Specialist - Specialist / Mid-level position, so how does the information provided compare to reality? Since a junior earns an average of PLN 6,500 net, I assume a Mid-level position should earn somewhere around PLN 8,000 net? Now, subtracting even the highest amount from the advertised range, i.e., PLN 4,692, from that PLN 8,000, the result is PLN 3,300, which must be earned in bonuses per month. Realistic? Probably not.
I highly recommend Semcore, and especially Mr. Jakub Twardowski. He's a thorough and helpful man in the right place 😉. He explains everything patiently, recommends the best solutions, and truly cares about his clients. Excellent communication and even better collaboration. Best regards, Mr. Jakub, and I wish you all the best.
Collaborating with the Semcore team on the "What Really Works in SEO?" project was incredibly valuable and yielded tangible results. Semcore experts were actively involved at every stage of the collaboration – from in-depth analysis to implementation recommendations – which translated into tangible results in the visibility of our edrone website. We received one of the most comprehensive SEO audits we've ever experienced: specific, structured, and based on data and real insights. We particularly appreciated the report's simple, understandable language, clear priorities, and extensive expert knowledge, which helped us implement changes more quickly and see results. I wholeheartedly recommend working with the Semcore team to any company seeking a conscious, professional, and effective approach to SEO.
